Italian and Sicilian Cuisine Cooking Lessons
Amalia’s culinary background stems from her Italian/Sicilian childhood where she would spend many hours in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother. There she learned the secrets of preparing classic Italian dishes as well as La Cucina Povera (simple, inexpensive dishes with delicious and complex flavors). Her love of cooking continues through the teaching of traditional Italian and Sicilian cooking classes to groups and individuals.
